[Local tobacconist mortified that SOMEBODY is storing their shag tobacco in a fucking slipper on the mantelpiece.]

No. [lifting up that POOR SLIPPER, inspecting (S)herlock's terrible tobacco with a disgusted look on his face:] No, this cannot be where he keeps it all...

[Otherwise: there's a really tall guy in 221B poking around because he's from a prequel never seen this place before, his Sherlock's still a little teenage baby. Catch Douglas eyeing all the rest of the case mementos all over the place as he tries not to trip over all the random junk all over the floor here.]

[big bro is here and he's only 26 years old but acts like he's 46 in terms of dealing with Sherlocks. he's chilling on a chair and semi-disassociating into a headache. might have a cigar, might not.

look just throw anyone at me and i'll match you i do not know how to make a header rn.]

[This is HIS home thank you very much, so he's calmly reading a newspaper on the settee. If any chemical explosions are happening in the next room it's not his business for the next five minutes.

I also don't know how to make a header rn, wildcard me / I'll write you something if you like. Also comes in late 20s-early 30s flavor???

Sherlock Holmes | Sherlock Holmes The Awakened (2023 remake)

[ Here's a Sherlock Holmes who isn't likely to set the place on fire.

No, he's a Sherlock Holmes (23 as of 1882) who is likely to see and hear things that aren't there. He stopped the awakening of Cthulhu (at the expense of his sanity), has yet to be known among the people of London, but has finally made a real friend outside of his mind.

Sherlock may be found sitting on the floor, cross-legged and sketching little portraits of everyone to store as profiles in his casebook. Or maybe he's looking at one of the strange contraptions or case relics with his magnifying glass.

He could also be reading the Randst. These aren't the nonfiction texts he prefers, but there's a sort of morbid curiosity in learning of cases he and John haven't gone on. (And the comfort that there are future cases with them together in some dimension at least.)

[ surely you were looking for a well-dressed mouse in a waistcoat. that's definitely the detective you were seeking.

he's probably doing something absurd like trying to turn the page of a massive, human-sized newspaper ("i say, old chap, could you give me a hand here?"), or smoking the tiniest pipe you've ever seen while seated on a pincushion, or playing what's literally the world's tiniest violin, or throwing itty bitty darts at what looks like a small painting of?? a??? well-dressed rat???

whatever man, he's famous in the mouse world. ]

[Introducing: the Sherlock Holmes of the 90s Heisei era modern day, according to the Japanese press; number one Sherlock Holmes fan; named himself after Sir Arthur Conan Doyle when given the slightest opportunity; has actually been to 221B Baker Street before. Normally a bunch of Holmes types would be able to tell that there's something Up with this alleged 7-year-old-- he's a little too precocious, a little too ready to say the perfect thing to nudge the adults around him into doing what he wants, a little too used to dealing with crime scenes. (Sorry, Holmeses; he's probably solved more murders than you have. Them's the breaks when you're up against a weekly series.) But right now he's acting like a kid in a candy store, which means he's actually acting like his apparent age for once.

Catch him: sitting down in each of the arm chairs one after another like he's testing them out compared to the last time he was here; standing on his tiptoes trying (and failing) to look at all the knickknacks collected in the room as if they're museum pieces; and, of course, spying on any of the Holmeses who look the most like what the books say they're meant to look like (he's a snob for the books, sorry adaptations.) He's truly just thrilled to be here! It's hard to get to London when you don't have a valid passport in your current name.]
